About Us

As someone who has been active and played sports his whole life, I have learned the importance of training and taking care of the body.  I started off as a Physical Therapist Technician where I was able to work with some of the best PT’s and had a true hands on learning experience. This is what built my foundation in which I train today.

While working as a PPT I also worked at the sister company which was a Training facility next door, where I started taking 1 on 1 and group training clients. I lead our Function Movement Training programs (FMT) where I trained clients that where discharged from our Physical Therapy clinic but wanted to take their training to the next level. This is where I thrived!

Years later I took my experience and started training at Ken Jackson’s fitness Facility. Ken Jackson is an IFBB Pro bodybuilding and former Michigan Wolverine football player. Here is where I was fortunate to work with some of the best personal trainers and got a whole new hands on education in bodybuilding and sports specific training. I was able to take my PTT background and mold my own training philosophy to meet all needs.

Now after 10 plus years experience I still continue to study and research all the latest science based training to give you the best training experience. It is my passion to continue giving the gift of health along with getting your dream body. This gave me the drive to do what I love.
